Who you are
At XCEED, every great product, campaign, or idea starts with a great hire. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in building our future by identifying and attracting the best talent out there.

You’ll own the top of the hiring funnel: sourcing promising candidates, screening profiles with care, and making sure every applicant feels seen and valued from day one. Over time, you’ll grow into a true owner of pipelines that power our mission.

You’ll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions efficiently and effectively—constantly seeking opportunities to improve the recruitment lifecycle.
What will you do
  • Own the top of the hiring funnel: screen inbound applications and assess CVs based on clear hiring guidelines
  • Proactively source talent across multiple platforms to build and nurture a strong talent pipeline
  • Manage candidate pipelines with excellence, ensuring timely, clear, and personalized communication
  • Help execute structured interview processes that enhance assessment quality and elevate the candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted talent acquisition partner with a solid understanding of the talent market
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Support talent reporting and pipeline tracking in our ATS (Personio)
What are we looking for
  • 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, or Recruitment Consultant; ideally with experience in complex or technical roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • High ambition, self-motivation, and passion for our mission.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics (Personio experience is a bonus).
  • Great organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and a fast learner—comfortable working across functions and roles.
