Who you are

We’re building more than a team—we’re building a movement. As a Junior Talent Acquisition | Trainee at Xceed, you’ll play a key role in bringing together bold thinkers and cultural shapers who make our mission come alive.

Working closely with our Head of People, you’ll take part in the full recruitment journey: from sourcing standout talent to supporting leadership hires; while contributing to strategic People initiatives that shape how we grow.
What will you do
  • Support Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent across different roles, gradually stepping into full ownership of the recruitment cycle
  • Own the Candidate Journey: Manage communications and keep candidates informed, supported, and excited throughout their experience with us.
  • New Joiners Onboarding Support: Help ensure team members feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
  • Champion the Culture: Act as a culture advocate, reflecting and promoting our values and mission both inside the team and within the broader talent community.
  • Talent Projects: Collaborate with the Head of Talent on strategic talent projects focused on growth, engagement, performance, and employer branding.
What are we looking for
  • Able to sign an internship agreement or ready to take on an entry-level role.
  • A passion for people, teams, and culture-building.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Bonus points for Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
  • Some background or studies in HR, business, or related fields.
  • Eager to learn and grow in talent acquisition, with an eye toward owning full recruitment cycles.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A humble attitude and a good sense of humor are a must ;)
